Ingredients
- 2 slices of arnold White bread
- 1 tbsp. reduced-fat peanut butter
- 1 tbsp. jelly
Instructions
- Flatten the bread slices with a rolling pin.
- Spread peanut butter and jelly on both slices of bread, leaving a one-inch space on one end.
- Starting with the end with the most jelly, roll up into a sushi roll. Pinch seam closed.
- Turn seam down, and slice into half-inch pieces of sushi.
